Traders can get good results from bad processes and bad results from good processes, that is the nature of trading. However, it is good processes which matter. Good processes build good habits. Good habits lead to better results over time.

　　Make learning lessons of your experiences, digest these and apply them to your work. If you arent doing this, then you are missing out on powerful lessons. Use a journal to support this process.

　　Look Forward Not Down: A positive proactive mindset is vital. Self-belief and self-trust are vital characteristics for a trader and help foster a proactive mindset which looks forward. If you lack the faith in yourself to succeed, you are more likely to look down. Looking down makes the challenge much tougher.

　　There is no such thing as perfection in trading. Avoiding trying to perfect trades: optimise and be happy with ‘good enough’ not perfect.

　　Remaining on plan is difficult, but good planning remains vital for trading success. Military strategists say ‘no plan survives first contact with the enemy’, but they also know that ‘planning is essential’. Planning should extend to more than just the trade idea, it includes risk management, contingencies, exit strategies, and much more.

　　‘Letting Go’ is the secret sauce or great traders. Practice detachment, learn to walk away, be willing to recognise your fallibility and do not dwell on errors. Practice detachment. Work on becoming detached to redundant ideas, don‘t marry a trade or a belief, let go of attachments to outcomes, good and bad. Above all ’Let go of your ego and any attachment to ideals of entitlement.

　　Put effort into developing how you generate insights. Be curious and remain curious rather than think you have the solutions. Clearing the head and mind, and taking actions to do this, becomes a powerful source of insights which lead to better trading and more effective performance.

　　Understanding your reason for why you are trading, which market you are trading and why you are trading the way you are. Look to other markets, products, styles, timeframes, and considering the options open to you.

Three types of ECs (ciga-like, eGo-style, and variable wattage) and a commercially-available tobacco cigarette were also tested. A custom-made liquid containing 2% nicotine was used with ECs. Products were tested using Health Canada Intense puffing regime while HnB and ECs were additionally tested using a 4-second puff duration regime while maintaining the same puff volume.

Results
Nicotine content in HnB regular and menthol tobacco sticks was 15.2 ± 1.1 mg/g and 15.6 ± 1.7 mg/g tobacco respectively. The levels of nicotine to the aerosol were similar for regular and menthol HnB products (1.40 ± 0.16 and 1.38 ± 0.11 mg/12 puffs respectively) and did not change significantly with prolonged puff duration. The tobacco cigarette delivered the highest level of nicotine (1.99 ± 0.20 mg/cigarette), with levels being higher than HnB and ECs under Health Canada Intense regime but similar to eGo-style and variable wattage ECs at prolonged puff duration regime.

Conclusions
The HnB product delivers nicotine to the aerosol at levels higher than ECs but lower than a tobacco cigarette when tested using Health Canada Intense puffing regime. No change in HnB nicotine delivery was observed at prolonged puff duration with the same puff volume, unlike ECs which deliver more nicotine with longer puff duration.

Implications
Nicotine delivery to the smoker is expected to play an important role in the ability of any harm-reduction product to successfully substitute smoking. This study evaluated the content and nicotine delivery to the aerosol of a heat-not-burn tobacco product (IQOS) in comparison with e-cigarettes and a tobacco cigarette. The main findings were that the heat-not-burn tobacco sticks contained similar nicotine concentration to tobacco cigarettes, and that the levels of nicotine delivered to the aerosol of the heat-not-burn products were lower than tobacco cigarette, higher than e-cigarettes at low puff duration but lower than high-power e-cigarettes at longer puff duration.

It's an impressive feat, but to hit max level cap in Shadowlands, TheSlapperfish is going to need even more dedication. According to the player, they're estimating that it will take them 43-44 days to gain a single level on their Goblin Hunter from 50 to 51. While it appears the player has thought things through and arrived at the most "efficient" method, they end their Reddit post with the note that they're happy to listen to anyone who might have alternative methods.

Leveling a Goblin to 50 while never leaving Kezan is a mind-boggling feat, and the willpower to continue to do so through diminishing XP gains and a zone where there isn't even any mining or herbalism is even more awe-inspiring. Hopefully someone can come up with a better method for the Goblin hero, but if not, it will be interesting to see if they ever manage to reach their goal of 60. One thing seems certain based on the response to the post - there are a lot of players cheering for TheSlapperfish to do the nearly impossible.

Spectators will be able to watch both the Proving Grounds and the actual tournament via Twitch or YouTube, with the option to switch team perspectives at will. Blizzard is using best-of-three rules in a double-elimination setup.

It's not clear yet if the tournament will include content from Shadowlands' Chains of Damnation update. The update will offer a new raid, Sanctum of Domination, as well as a new mega-dungeon, Tazavesh. Blizzard has only said the patch will arrive later this year, though, at the beginning of Shadowlands Season 2. Even if that season does start before The Great Push's Proving Grounds, teams might not have enough free days to prepare.
