an innovative multilayer pipe system

Thanks to the materials used – namely PE-Xc plastic and aluminum (compliant with Ministerial Decree 174/2004 for contact with water intended for human consumption) – and to the optimized geometry, pressure losses are minimal, with excellent resistance of pipes at temperatures and pressures typical of hydronic systems.
The press fitting contains all the technological know-how of the company Viega: thanks to its innovative structure and the special support in polymeric material with high performance PPSU, it is able to optimize the passage of water without decreasing the internal diameter and adopting geometries favorable for the flow, avoiding the use of o-rings or hose holders typical of traditional multilayer pipes fittings. Inside the system, double elbows and off-set T-pieces allow the creation of plant layouts aimed at facilitating frequent water changes, thus ensuring their quality, limiting stagnation times and the consequent proliferation of bacteria.
Finally, it is a very flexible system, with an easy and quick installation. It takes just three simple steps: cut the pipe, insert the fitting and press to create safe, high-performance systems.
