According to Carraway, he'll be using his winnings to buy a new home and treat his family.

In a statement to TODAY Food, a spokesperson for the North Carolina Education Lottery said, "Mac ’n’ cheese. Chicken wings and teriyaki sauce. Barbecue fixings. All some of the cravings that lottery winners have shared with us as they collected their prizes recently."

Joao Luis DaPonte is suing Susana Gaspar saying she robbed him of his winnings. DaPonte is also suing Maria Oliveira, who claims she bought the $10 Gold Rush lottery ticket for Gaspar as a gift back in November.

The lawsuit states DaPonte asked Oliveira to cash his winning ticket for him. At the time, DaPonte — who only speaks Portuguese — believed he had won $4,000 and later learned he misinterpreted the winnings, according to the lawsuit.

Oliveira cashed the ticket for DaPonte and gave him roughly $3,000 in cash, the lawsuit says. DaPonte later learned Gaspar had won $4 million off of a $10 "Gold Rush” ticket, which she claimed was bought at the same cafe where he bought his.

The lawsuit says Gaspar cashed in the winning ticket and received a one-time payment of $2.6 million before taxes.At that point, a horrible feeling came over me, that I had been robbed of my winnings,” DaPonte said in the lawsuit.

Both Gaspar and Oliveira claim they do not know DaPonte. Oliveira also denies cashing DaPonte’s winning ticket for him or anyone.

DaPonte believes the two women conspired to dupe him out of his winnings.

According to MassLottery, the person who is in possession of the ticket at the time it is cashed is considered the owner of the ticket.

Once you have a decent stream of income coming in from professions, you may wish to start joining the big hitters of gold making and try your hand at flipping. This is simple economics: buy low, sell high. Again, TSM is going to help you do this much easier via shopping operations. In the video I cover different aspects of flipping, and I will discuss 2 of those here. First is a market reset, here is where you buy out all of a certain item, and relist for a higher price. Here it is crucial you UNDERSTAND your market. You must know the average price of the item, and whether or not it sells frequently enough for you. You must also be aware of a 'breaking point' on the auction house. For example there are 20 primal fire for 300 gold, 10 for 350, and 20 for 500. The breaking point here is the 350 gold, so you do a soft reset, buying out everything at 350gold and below, and resetting to 499 gold. This is less risky, as you are not buying out every items (including the overpriced items), and you are only buying the cheap items = more chance of a profit. Don't get too overexcited when resetting markets... if someone undercuts you, you must decide whether or not undercut them back, buy out their item, or just leave it. Again it comes down to knowing your markets and knowing the price ranges of items. If you reset primal fire to 1500gold, and someone undercuts you putting another 50 at 1300gold, it's probably not wise to buy that person out. You would be buying for well over market value, and there is no guarantee another person wont come and undercut you again, suddenly leaving you with thousands of primal fires you bought for crazy prices... Remember, you need to buy LOW and sell HIGH

Another example of flipping is purchasing single 'rare' items, such as transmog pieces or BOEs, and relisting at a higher price. If there is only one of a particular item on the auction house, it could be worth doing this. Again however you must know your markets. If the region market value (something you can find out on TSM or TheUndermineJournal website) is much higher than what you are buying for, then you should be good. If not then it is a bit of a risk. Knowledge of items is very important here, for example if you see a 101 BOE with leech, that generally adds around 100k gold or so to the price, depending on the item level. If a 860 101 BOE is listed at the same price as an 860 101 with leech, it could be a good investment to buy out the leech item and reset. When doing this however, you must be prepared to wait a long while before seeing a return on your investment... If you only have 100k gold or so, it may be best to wait before moving into high gold flips.

Being a tank is the best way to earn a lot of gold. Tanks currently control the grouping landscape in Warcraft. Earning extra rewards by participating in random instances where tanks are needed is a great way to earn unexpected, and sometimes random, amounts of gold. Also, reward bags can contain gold and other items. One of the items that always sells well is the companions. At one point, I was given the Firefly pet from my bag, which sells for thousands of gold for the server I am on.

The other advantage is that players will actually pay tanks to queue in a group with them just so they can get in instances much faster. You can also use this to charge people to tank in their raid, which could net thousands of gold. Lastly, you can even have your guild charge players to run them through the harder raids. This humble item was of grey quality, offered no buffs or extra stats, could only be used by one class, gave no benefits, and did literally nothing for your character beyond putting a red piece of cloth on their face... and every Rogue had to have one. The Defias Mask was a drop from a small group of hostile pirates and thieves that lived in the northern part of Westfall. You could get it as early as level 8 as long as you killed enough of them to get a lucky drop, but you had to be level 15 to wear it. Not only that, it was Bind on Pickup, so you couldn't buy them in the auction house. That was why the Mask was such a coveted and recognizable clothing item. The only way you could get it was by, well, getting it!

To add yet another layer to this, sometimes the journey to just find the area was an achievement itself. Alliance players might have to travel for a bit, but at least it was through friendly territory. The best Horde players could do was hike north along the coast of Stranglethorn Vale and sneak through miles of hostile lands and high-level areas. At level 15. A Horde player with a Defias Mask no doubt had to do several corpse runs just to get to Westfall, so Horde Rogues got even more respect for this way cool but totally useless badge of honor.

A casting class that carries a sword does seem pretty cool, but if they can't wear anything but cloth, then you have to avoid melee damage, and it stops making any sense. Warlocks are spellcasters, but they can and do carry swords, one of the more endearing quirks of the class. An item of white quality that a Warlock could get fairly early in the game, at level 28, and it looked great at first. Young Warlocks loved this thing, and why not? You could make it yourself, and look, it has a fire damage buff on it! Yeah, that's great, but you only have one fire spell at this level, and most of that buff is only for melee damage. A silly mistake or a bad joke? Likely some of both.

Most of the rarest items and World of Warcraft Classic are weapons and other pieces of gear. WoW Classic players have a much deeper knowledge of the game compared to Vanilla players, which is why these days the weapon isn’t quite as rare as it used to be. Hence, why it’s only at number 10 on our list. However, this is still a very rare item nevertheless and arguably the most sought-after of the rarest items in World of Warcraft Classic given the extreme amount of effort needed to craft it.

9. Swift Zulian Tiger

If you’re coming to WoW Classic after first playing retail you’re probably going to be shocked by the low amount of mounts available in the game. Class mounts aside, there is only a small handful that you can collect from other sources. A portion of those can be used exclusively in Ahn’Qiraj. The others are all very rare, including the iconic Swift Zulian Tiger.
This mount comes from High Priest Thekal in Zul’Gurub and has about a 0.6% chance to drop. That may seem pretty low but it’s actually not too bad compared to the remaining items on our list.

8. Enchant Weapon – Spell Power

This extremely powerful formula drops from multiple sources so it may not seem that rare compared to other items. However, all those sources are bosses inside Molten Core, and defeating them requires you to go in with a pretty decent party. Figuring out the exact drop chance for this one is a bit tricky but it’s believed to be anywhere between 0.2% and 0.8%. Add to that the fact that you’re probably in a full 40-man raid with a lot of people that need it if it does happen to drop, and it’s easy to see why this is one of the rarest items in World of Warcraft Classic.

7. Ironfoe

Ironfoe is an epic one-handed mace that drops from Emperor Dagran Thaurissan in Blackrock Depths. Defeating the boss isn’t particularly difficult if you’re going in with a good party. However, BRD is one of the longest and most tedious dungeons ever created by Blizzard, and farming is a true test of patience. It can be worth it, though, as the mace has a very powerful effect that gives it a chance on hit to grant two extra attacks on your next swing. Unfortunately, the drop chance is estimated to be between 0.18% and 0.59%, so getting this mace requires a lot of luck.

6. The 1 Ring

The 1 Ring is a reference to The Lord of the Rings and is a memorable item from back in the days of Vanilla. Of course, that also makes it a pretty popular item in WoW Classic as well. The ring has a drop chance of around 0.05% and drops while fishing in any major city. The stats are pretty bad so you probably don’t want to use it unless you’re running a low-level twink. That said, it is a great item for role-playing purposes.

5. Pendulum of Doom

Next up on our list of rarest WoW Classic items is the Pendulum of Doom, a level 39 axe that drops from trash mobs in Uldaman. If you’ve got the money to spare, you can actually just buy WoW gold Classic and get the item the easy way from the auction house. Alternatively, you can grind mobs in Uldaman until it drops but that may take you a while since the drop chance is anywhere between 0.02% and 0.06%.

4. Spellshock Leggings

This is the most obscure of the rarest items in World of Warcraft Classic and you’re probably not going to get much use out of it unless you’re a spell caster and manage to acquire it at around level 45. This is because the Spellshock Leggings are an ultra rare item from Zul’Farrak. The stats are decent for a 45-ish level cloth user, but the drop chance is only around 0.02%, so it’s not worth going after if you’re already max level.

3. Deathcharger’s Reins
