　　"Kalau itu bisa dipercepat tentu akan men-drive pertumbuhan ekonomi di semester II. Program vaksinasi saya pikir kunci dan tentunya terkait dengan peran COVID, kalau kasus COVID-nya masih tinggi kan kegiatan ekonomi tidak bisa lebih longgar ya, sehingga kita harapkan akan jauh lebih baik,” ucapnya.

　　Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Deputi Gubernur BI, Sugeng mengatakan prediksi perbaikan ekonomi Indonesia sejalan dengan proyeksi perekonomian global yang juga berpotensi lebih tinggi. Hal itu terlihat dari beberapa lembaga Internasional yang telah menaikkan prediksi ekonomi global di 2021.

　　Misalnya IMF yang merevisi pertumbuhan ekonomi global dari 5,2% menjadi 5,5%. Juga ekonomi AS dari 3,1% menjadi 5,1%. OECD juga merevisi dari 4,2% menjadi 5,6%, serta pertumbuhan AS dari 3,2% jadi 6,5%.

　　"Kita lihat bersama bahwa secara global tumbuh lebih tinggi dan khusus AS, ini penting karena ada revisi yang signifikan dan ini tentunya merupakan suatu peluang bagi kita dan perbaikan ekonomi dunia terutama di AS pasca vaksinasi. Ini juga akan memberi peluang bagi kita untuk picu pertumbuhan,” ujarnya.

　　Secara tahunan, BI memproyeksikan pertumbuhan ekonomi 2021 akan mencapai 4,3-5,3%. "BI meyakini perekonomian Indonesia 2021 akan semakin membaik tumbuh positif,” tandasnya.

2. Các hạn chế của ASIC đối với giao dịch CFD bán lẻ có hiệu lực

　　Ủy ban Đầu tư và Chứng khoán Úc (ASIC) đã thực thi các hạn chế đối với giao dịch CFD bán lẻ từ thứ hai, hạn chế mức đòn bẩy được cung cấp bởi các nhà môi giới từ mức 500:1 xuống tối đa là 30:1.

　　Ngoài ra, cơ quan quản lý của Úc còn đưa ra các chính sách để bảo vệ người giao dịch bằng cách bắt buộc bảo vệ số dư âm cũng như các chiến thuật tiếp thị như cung cấp các khoản giảm giá và quà tặng cho khách hàng mới.

　　Hạn chế đòn bẩy dự kiến sẽ cản trở đáng kể hoạt động kinh doanh và doanh thu của các nhà môi giới. ASIC thông báo rằng, bất cứ cá nhân vi phạm quy định trên có thể bị phạt tù lên đến 5 năm trong khi đó tổ chức vi phạm có thể lãnh mức phạt lên tới 555 triệu AUD. Hơn nữa, trong trường hợp có bất kì vi phạm nào, lệnh can thiệp sản phẩm sẽ có hiệu lực trong 18 tháng và có thể bị cấm vĩnh viễn.

　　Bình luận về việc thực hiện quy định mới, Ủy viên ASIC, Cathie Armor cho biết: "Chúng tôi sẽ giám sát chặt chẽ việc tuân thủ quy định này và sẽ không ngại thực hiện các biện pháp thích hợp để thực thi lệnh”.
3. CJC thông báo đổi giờ giao dịch của một số sản phẩm

　　CJC thông báo từ ngày 28/03/2021, Châu Âu bắt đầu giờ giao dịch Daylight Saving Time, do vậy giờ giao dịch của một số sản phẩm tại CJC cũng sẽ thay đổi.

　　Cụ thể, sản phẩm BRNUSD đổi sang giờ giao dịch 05:05 – 03:55, thứ hai – thứ 6. Sản phẩm SHARES EU đổi sang giờ giao dịch 14:00 – 22:29, thứ hai – thứ 6. Lưu ý: giờ giao dịch trên là giờ Việt Nam (GMT+7).
